I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years. Since 1994, my private practice has been in the metro Atlanta area.

Educational Background

I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City.

Theoretical Orientation

Because we are all unique, no single approach works for everyone. Thus, I employ a flexible, interactive style and draw on a wide range of theories and methods to do "what works" and what is most helpful for each person at the time.

Experience 

My work includes counseling people from varying cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and social classes.

I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced childhood or adult traumas, as well as those having difficulty adjusting to life situations.
